Unlike a cleaning service, home organising focuses on where things live, how they're stored and how to create systems that reduce daily stress and save you time. Our home organiser service includes decluttering support, space planning, physical organising, donation coordination and maintenance guidance.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the size of your home, the number of spaces to be organised and how much decluttering is needed. A single room (like a wardrobe or pantry) can often be addressed in one session. A whole-home organising project typically takes multiple sessions spread over several weeks. After your free assessment, we'll give you an accurate estimate of sessions and time required with no surprises.
Do I need to be home during the organising sessions?
For the initial decluttering phase, we recommend you are present many decisions about what to keep, donate or discard require your input. For subsequent sessions where we're implementing and organising, some clients prefer to leave us to it, which is perfectly fine. We'll discuss your preference during the assessment and plan sessions accordingly.
Will my home organiser judge me about the state of my home?
Never. Our home organisers are trained to approach every home and every client with genuine compassion and zero judgement. Clutter accumulates in every household it's a completely normal part of life. Our job is to help you, not to assess you. Every client is treated with respect, patience and professionalism from the first visit.
Can NDIS participants access home organising services?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider. Home organising services can be accessed by eligible NDIS participants under the relevant support category in their plan. We work directly with support coordinators and plan managers to make the process simple. Contact us with your plan details and we'll advise on what's available to you.
Do you remove the items we decide to get rid of?
Yes. We coordinate the removal of all unwanted items rubbish is bagged and removed, and donation items are sorted and delivered to local charities or op-shops. You won't be left with piles of bags to deal with after we leave. For very large volumes, tip run fees may apply this will be included in your quote upfront.
Do you also offer regular cleaning alongside home organising?
Yes. Home organising and our regular cleaning service are two separate but complementary services. Organising creates the right systems and gives everything a home our regular cleaning service then keeps that space consistently clean and maintained. Many clients choose both: an initial organising project followed by ongoing scheduled cleaning. Warrior Home Management provides both services across Australia.
