We’ve been using Warrior Home Management for both cleaning and some organisation support, and our experience has been consistently really positive. In full transparency, this is a service we received as part of a giveaway — but our feedback here is based entirely on our genuine experience working with Kim and her team. From the beginning, Kim’s process to understand what our home needed was thorough and thoughtful, and communication has been clear and easy throughout. It never felt like a one-size-fits-all approach, which we really appreciated. We’ve had a mix of being at home during cleans and also arranging access while we’re out, and both options have worked seamlessly. The team have always been respectful of our space, and the standard of cleaning has been consistently high — the kind where you walk back in and feel that little “ahh, everything’s sorted” exhale. Our services are ongoing, and we genuinely couldn’t be happier to have their support moving forward. It’s made a real difference to our home and day-to-day life, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warrior Home Management to others.

I’ve seen WHM in action many times over my years in Darwin so when it came time for me to move from my home, I didn’t have to think twice about who I’d choose. WHM conducted my bond clean over a few days ensuring that every minor detail was attended to. Upon inspection post-clean, absolutely nothing was identified as needing to be addressed. I would highly recommend the WHM team for punctuality, an environmentally-considerate approach, & professional, friendly team.
